Having faced childhood and adult trauma myself, I embarked on a personal journey that discovered the profound connection between my singing voice and overall well-being.  So, I began training to recognize how both emotional and mental stress impacts voice and performance. I designed this program for spiritual and experienced musicians who want to achieve more vocal confidence and emotional mastery for vocal projects.
