As a Vocal Empowerment & Well-being Coach. I help people use their voices and sounds as tools for personal healing and empowerment to process emotions, reduce or release stress and tension in a safe and supportive space.

 

Music is a powerful tool for emotional health and healing.​ As a musician, I've witnessed firsthand how music, particularly singing, can offer a unique way to cultivate a sense of peace and well-being:
